These two tracks were originally issued as collaborative works on the Transistor Six album "Johnny Where's My Purse" on the Blackbean & Placenta label, 2002.
I, J.T. Dockery, provided the vocal performance of written works by This Reporter for Transistor Six do with what she wished. That album also included another track, "I Collect Plastics" with Dockery pal and collaborator, Sexton Ming.
We here at Dogwhistle Records (re)present with permission from the Transistor Six home office in 2019 the Dockery-Transistor tracks out of context as a fun & free "historical" reissue in a "single" format, with "The Tree Frogs of Kentucky" as the a-side, "Gideons Bible" as the b-side.
Spoiler alert! Transistor Six is made out of...Frances Castle! For more on the artist Castle, check out her website:

The "single" art here is a glimpse at the art in the liner notes from the original album by Castle (click on the image to get the full panoramarific glory of it all).
Signed, J.T. Dockery, Summer 2019, under a rock somewhere in Rockcastle county, Cantukee.
